Before you send an enquiry

The form is for families, trustees, family representatives and owner-managed business principals considering private wealth advice or family office coordination.

What should be included?

A short description of the family or business context, the decision being considered, existing advisers and any timing pressures is usually enough.

Does the form create an advisory relationship?

No. Submitting an enquiry does not create a client relationship and does not allow us to provide personal financial advice.

Who will respond?

Your enquiry is reviewed by the office, not a marketing call centre. If the matter appears suitable, we will suggest a confidential introductory call.

What if another adviser is needed?

If the question is mainly legal, tax, accounting or outside our permissions, we will explain that clearly rather than stretching the scope.

Typical reasons for getting in touch

These are not requirements. They simply show the kind of circumstances where a first conversation may be useful.

Business transition

A sale, partial exit, dividend policy or succession decision is expected to affect family wealth and investment arrangements.

Family balance sheet oversight

Several accounts, structures, advisers or family members need clearer reporting and decision discipline.

Portfolio review

Existing investment arrangements need to be reviewed against liquidity needs, risk, tax considerations and family objectives.

Succession or philanthropy

The family is preparing for future ownership, governance responsibilities or a more structured charitable programme.

Enquiry form

Please avoid sending highly sensitive documents at this stage. A concise summary is enough for an initial review.

By submitting this form, you agree that Ashcombe Private Office may use the information to respond to your enquiry. This does not create an advisory relationship.
